Welcome to bloom. These terms are the agreement between you and bloom. (“we”, “us”) for using the app. By downloading or playing bloom., you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play bloom. on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.
2. In-app purchases & virtual items
- bloom. offers optional in-app purchases, including gem packs and cosmetic items, sold and processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Gems and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and exist only inside the game.
- Consumable items (such as gems) are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple’s policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
- We may add, change, or retire items, prices, and features over time. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and your rights to them end if your license to the app ends.
3. Game Center & fair play
If you use Apple Game Center, you agree to compete fairly. Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the game, or submit falsified scores. We may remove scores or restrict access to features for conduct that undermines fair play.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except as permitted by law; use cheats, automation, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
bloom. and all of its content — including its name, logo, artwork, audio, design, and code — are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don’t grant you any ownership; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Updates & availability
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We aim to keep bloom. running smoothly but don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
7. Disclaimer
bloom. is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You play the game at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of bloom. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior twelve months.
9. Apple
This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the App Store and Apple services is also governed by Apple’s terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
